GLOW Youth Programs are for eligible at-risk in and out of school youth ages of 14-21. In-school youth are exposed to job shadows, internships, college trips, volunteer activities, community service, tutoring, and summer jobs.

Out-of-school youth are transitioned to work through On-the-Job Training, Internships, and Occupational Training. The providers funded are committed to helping youth overcome barriers and obstacles to get to secondary education or employment!
