Structure Committee
By-laws, staffing needs, role of WIB, CEO/WIB Agreement, development and modifications to local plan.
Committee Meets: Via Email unless a meeting is necessary.

Finance Committee
Establish GLOW WIB Budget, One Stop Operator Budgets, Grant Recipient Budget, Memorandum of Understanding oversight.
Committee Meets: 3:30-4:30 p.m. prior to WIB Meeting.

Marketing Committee
Development of a marketing plan, oversight of marketing materials including newspaper, radio, TV ads, and brochures, community needs identification and analysis, liaison with other community organizations, promotion of public awareness, web page linkage, oversight of Marketing Visitation Team and WIB Annual Reports.

Program Evaluation/Oversight Committee
Evaluating the system - certification and oversight of One Stop Career Centers -ensuring customer satisfaction, discuss negotiation of performance benchmarks, develop policies and procedures for ITA's (Individual Training Accounts), and ensuring training meets GLOW skill demands.

Economic Development Committee
Link economic development strategies with workforce investment activities, meet employer demands and needs, address workforce development issues, establish skill standards, define self sufficiency.
