Time Program Manager - Life Sciences Workforce
Development in Batavia, Monday -
Friday. Salary: $40,000 + Benefits. Deadline
4/18/08. Program and Project Management to ensure
all programmatic content development activities
are completed, produced and available for deployment
throughout the Western Finger Lakes School Districts
on time and on budget; create and manage student
pipeline and serve as the school district interface
to include interaction with school district
superintendents and related school district
administration/ teachers region wide. Develop
a train the trainer program and involve and
enroll established grant partners within the
program deployment (training) aspects to ensure
optimal student exposure/training. Serve as
key interface with program partners and provide
input on related marketing materials to support
program development. Provide program team leadership,
meet deadlines, establish core metrics, track
and report progress and monitor program success
particularly as it relates to student enrollment
in life and health sciences oriented career
tracks within regional higher education institutions.
Required: Bachelors Degree in Education, Life
Sciences or Business, a self starter with highly
effective people skills and project management
skills with an interest in the life sciences,
workforce development and training along with
