North approached the staff at the Genesee County
Career Center for assistance in staffing its
acquisition. The company worked diligently with
the staff to ensure that the premises and services
would be the company's point of contact for
its recruitment. Many customers were hired and
provided competitive employment with benefits.

Genesee County Career Center has been one of
our most crucial and effective tools in opening
and operating the Pembroke Travel Plaza. We
reached out to the Career Center without really
knowing what services they provided. The response
we received when inquiring about how they could
assist us in staffing and training our new associates
was "yes!" From then on we heavily
relied on their services. We have held numerous
job fairs on and off site with their assistance
and staff, conducted training seminars for new
associates on their premises, and have leaned
on them for their recruiting abilities and job
search networks. Through their services we have
hired and trained over 100 associates for the
Pembroke Plaza within this past year. We are
incredibly grateful for everything they have
helped us with and we will continue to use their
services in the future. It has been an absolute
pleasure to work with such a pleasant and accommodating
staff."
